Details of the Event:

  • The Sports Club of SEAD organized an exciting event titled “Board & Strike” as part of the SAS club activities. The event was conducted to encourage students to participate in indoor games and showcase their strategic thinking skills. It was open to all year students of SEAD, and many enthusiastic participants registered to take part in the competition.
  • The event was held on 26/02/26 at the SEAD Block, where students gathered to witness and participate in the engaging matches. The competition featured a thrilling face-off between Team Anbu and Team Goofy Gen, which added excitement and curiosity among the audience. The event mainly focused on board games, allowing students to demonstrate their concentration, planning, and decision-making abilities.
  • Students actively participated and supported their friends, creating a lively and competitive atmosphere. The event also provided a great opportunity for students from different years to interact and bond through a fun and challenging activity.
  • Registration was mandatory for participants, and the event was well coordinated by the Sports Club members. The organizers ensured smooth conduct of the matches and maintained a friendly yet competitive environment throughout the program.
  • Overall, the “Board & Strike” event was a successful initiative by the Sports Club of SEAD under the SAS activities, bringing students together through sportsmanship, strategy, and entertainment.

SDG Goals Outcome:

  • For SDG 4 (Quality Education), The event helped students develop strategic thinking, concentration, and problem-solving skills through board games. It also promoted learning through interactive and competitive activities outside the classroom.
  • For SDG 3 (good health and well – being  ) , The Board & Strike event encouraged students to participate in recreational activities that promote mental well-being and relaxation. Such sports and game activities help reduce stress and create a healthy and active campus environment.
