Details of the Event:

  • A photo walk event will be organized for students across the Ramppuram campus where participants move around and capture photographs based on one common theme. The activity is designed to improve creativity, observation, and visual storytelling skills while encouraging students to explore campus spaces from unique and thoughtful perspectives.
  • Each student should take multiple themed photos and select their best shots for submission. These images will be arranged into a single creative collage that represents the theme clearly. Attention should be given to composition, lighting, clarity, and originality so that the collage communicates a strong and consistent visual concept.
  • The completed collage from each participant or team will be uploaded to the official social media page. Students are encouraged to share and promote their entries through their networks. This helps increase visibility, engagement, and appreciation for creative work while also promoting campus activities online in an interactive way.
  • The winning entry will be chosen based on the highest number of likes received on social media within the contest period. This challenge builds friendly competition and motivation among students. It also boosts participation, collaboration, and digital outreach while celebrating photography and themed creative expression across the campus community.

  • For SDG 4 (Quality Education), the vertical studio fosters inclusive, hands-on learning by integrating students from different academic levels, enhancing peer-to-peer knowledge exchange and critical thinking in architectural design. 
  • For SDG 11 (Sustainable Cities and Communities), the project promotes innovative, context-sensitive solutions that address urban resilience, sustainable building practices, and community well-being.
