SRM University has its own boarding facilities separate for boys and girls with well-furnished rooms and modern amenities. The students are provided with air-conditioned and regular rooms with a comfort ambiance for them to concentrate on studies. Kitchen and spacious dining area catering to students hygiene and cleanliness is provided.

Staff members residing in hostels are assigned to take care the students’ personal issues and to help in their academics.Wardens and securities ensure safety and discipline among the students within the hostel premises.

The University is located in one among the major areas of the Chennai city. The accessibility to the campus is easier from all parts of the city. The college provides transportation facility  to all the major city spots for the benefit of the staffs and students.

University transport is also available for the students’ case studies, educational visits and workshops.

The banking needs of the students and staffs are met with the help of the City Union Bank along with an ATM which is located within the college campus. Internet café facilitated with printing, browsing and photocopying for the benefits of the students is provided within the campus.

Each student is provided with a separate mail  id  helping them to check their attendance, internal and external marks  through the web whenever they prefer.
